libbabl-0.1-0.symbols: Bump all minimal versions to 0.1.72

When built with Meson, libbabl has versioned symbols. If an executable
or a dependent library has been linked to a libbabl with versioned
symbols, it will fail to load when using an older libbabl with
unversioned symbols, so we have to bump the dependency.
